Fiber Design Services

Latah County will receive proposals for the design of an open-access, dark fiber network with up to approximately 80 miles of aerial and underground fiber optic cable builds, including middle-mile, fiber-to-the-premise, and fiber-to-the-tower to enable future-proof connections for all County locations.

Latah County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Awarding of the project is contingent upon the negotiation of a professional services contract. Note that this project is part of a grant through the Idaho Office of Broadband and the American Rescue Plan Act Capital Projects Fund.
